Its A Space Thing by Brad Erkkila is an action- arcade game, that requires you to continuously fight for establishing supremacy in the space. In simple terms, you need to destroy everything that tries to destroy you, and everytime you succeed, you score. The game provides you with a limited choice of weapons and many other things, there is not much variety in the gameplay. It is a simple and repetitive game, which is fun to play because of its arcade style graphics and user friendly controls. The mission in the game is simple with not many complications, but that does not mean the game is an easy one.

It will be acceptable if any user to take this one for granted, seeing how it looks. But when it comes to the difficulty level, this is sure a challenging one. The enemy in the game is a very strong, who will continuously keep on firing on you and destroying your shield. Before it gets destroyed completely, you have to make sure you kill the enemy. Its A Space Thing will not provide you with lots of options for your weapons, you will have to use what you have and still emerge victorious, so make sure to give your best.

The game can be played in single player mode and multiplayer on device. It requires  you to fight not only with your AI opponents but also their AI bosses. Who are bigger and stronger. This is not a game that can be played like a breeze, the controls are sure good and simple, but it is a physically taxing game. A lot of force will be required for you to kill the enemy, especially the boss. And the game consist of a total of five boss battles. So brace up already, there is a lot of fighting you need to game.

Its A Space Thing allows for a local multiplayer on a single device, so you can now play with your friends, and calculate the score of best of three matches. This will help you decide who played best and won. What you need to make sure is that all the power ups you get in the game, are utilized in the game. Using these power ups, you can kill the enemy in a quicker and more ruthless way, thus getting better scores and a better performance.

Positives – A simple and comprehensive game with easy to understand controls and a gameplay that can keep everyone interested in playing the game for long hours.

Drawbacks – The game might be fun to play but it does get boring after some time. There are not much changes or variations in the game, it is repetitive and cannot be played for a long time.
