Poco released two new affordable range phones in India, the POCO C81 and C81x

Poco has introduced two new affordable range smartphones in India. They are named Poco C81 and Poco C81x. Both phones are targeted at the common people who want good features without necessarily having to spend a lot of money. The sales start on April 27, 2026, via Flipkart.

Large, Smooth Displays that can be used on a daily basis

Both phones are equipped with big screens. The display of the Poco C81 is 6.9 inches. The C81x features a slightly smaller 6.88-inch display. The screen of both phones can accommodate a 120Hz refresh rate. This means that scrolling and watching videos will be a very smooth experience.

The eye protection is also built into the displays. This will make it easier to use the phone in the long run. Both phones have Wet Touch Technology as well. Accordingly, the screen is usable even in cases when your fingers are even wet or oily.

Strong Enough to do Everyday Chores

Both smartphones are powered by the Unisoc T7250 processor. This chip can be used in daily activities such as browsing, messaging, and watching videos. Poco C81 has 4GB of RAM. C81x is available with 3GB. They both have 64GB of storage. It has the option of adding a memory card up to 2TB of additional storage. The Poco C81 is based on Android 16, whereas the Poco C81x is based on  Android 15. Both Smartphones also share the features of the fingerprint sensor and 3.5mm headphone jack.

Good Battery Life and Affordable

A large highlight is the battery life. The Poco C81 has an enormous 6,300mAh battery. The C81x has a 5,200mAh battery. Both support 15W fast charging. Poco claims that C81 has more than 27 hours of social media usage on a single charge. The price of Poco C81 is INR 10,999. The C81x starts at Rs 9,999. This affordable price range is a good option for cost-effective consumers.
