Winter is coming but before that Moto G5S Plus has hit the Indian markets and was launched on Tuesday at a New Delhi event. The price of the phone in India is Rs. 15,999, and it will be available in Blush Gold and Lunar Gray color variants exclusively via Amazon India. The winning factor of the model is its dual camera on the rear; both are 13-megapixel cameras, with a surprisingly good image quality. Other features of the camera include f/2.0 aperture and dual LED flash.



The phone has a better look than the previous models, with an all-aluminum body with overly curved edges and newly added finger print scanner, on a 5.5-inch screen which comes with IPS LCD display and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone has a screen resolution of 1080P and has a 3000mAh battery. The phone, running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-box, is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and comes with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option. The storage is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.



The company claims that Turbo Power can provide six hours of battery life in just 15 minutes of charging. The fingerprint scanner on the phone can be used to make payments as well. Connectivity options on the Smartphone include 4G Volte, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth v4.2, and GPS / A-GPS, Micro-USB, and 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and proximity sensor. It weighs 168 grams and measures 153.5×76.2x8mm.

Although, the price mentioned earlier, is not final or confirmed by Motorola, it is speculated, that it is going to be under Rs 20,000. The new model will compete with the likes of popular smartphones like Nokia 6, and Redmi Note 4
