Will the latest version of Assassin’s Creed: Empire be in your gaming systems by the end of this year? Developer Ubisoft’s team, seems to have zipped their lips, and is holding all the secrets regarding the game close to their chest. But after a leaked screenshot of an in-game session, it is being speculated that the wait might soon get over.

If Swiss retailer WOG, is believed, Empire might be releasing by the end of 2017, which is still sooner than its expected release date which was rumored somewhere in 2018. However the game hasn’t released yet, considering its popularity and demand, the retailer has already created a product page for the game and is offering pre order services, which is certainly interesting.

Retailers are known for getting the smell of news and releases, it might be a sign that it will be out soon. However nothing is confirmed and we can’t put a finger to a specific date.

Following the trend, of the erstwhile Assassin’s Creed: Unity and Syndicate, which also released soon after the dates were leaked, there is a high possibility that we might be playing Assassin’s Creed: Empire by the end of this year.
