Gionee is all set to launch its flagship smartphone under M series, as the company released a teaser on its official Weibo page hinting the launch of Gionee M7. Weibo is a Chinese Microblogging website, confirming its arrival in the Chinese market.

The teaser the company threw gave major hints about the M7 design and built, and it will probably feature a bezel-less screen which is becoming quite popular in newer smartphones. It is not only a stylish feature but also gives screen more space for display. The previous bezel-less phone has been quite a success in the market. Gionee M7 will probably offer a display of aspect ratio 18:9 and it will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat Operating System. It will feature an Octa-core CPU @2.3GHz processor and Mali-G71 GPU.

The camera feature of the phone doesn’t disappoint as it offers a 16-megapixel rear camera with 4k Recording, autofocus and face detection features along with a powerful 8-megapixel front camera for clear selfies. The phone has astonishing 6 GB of RAM which is one of its key features and the phone comes with an internal storage of 64 GB.

In the teaser, the phone was shown with two wheels on a bright yellow background indicating its partnership with the famous bike-sharing startup company Ofo. Although the phone won’t be dual SIM, it will host numerous other features and specifications which will include light sensors, accelerometer, pedometer, digital compass, GPS, etc.

Gionee follows the trend of huge batteries in its phones, as both the previously launched phone of M series, had big batteries. M7 might also feature a huge battery with inbuilt data encryption chip. Although Gionee created quite a buzz in the market, its price is still undeclared.
